Return Policy
If you are not pleased with your order, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement when you notify us within 7 days of delivery. The refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges. For a refund of purchase price, items must be unused, in new resalable condition including all hardware and instructional componenets and returned in original shipping containers. In order to return your product, please contact us via email at support@directDogCare.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. We will refund standard shipping charges if there is a defect in the merchandise. We know sometimes you receive the product and it is not exactly what you wanted. We are not satisfied until you are happy with your purchase from Direct Dog Care. Remember, returns must be complete with parts, accessories, manuals, and in original shipping containors if applicable. Products with defects caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or not reading and adhering to operating instructions are not covered under this policy. We will refund shipping costs on items that we determine to be defective.
Shipping and Processing charges:
All rates shipped are calculated by UPS. Sometimes we do ship via Fedex or USPS. These rates are for shipping inside the continental US only.
The calculation for shipping takes the weight of the package and your zip code to figure the exact cost to send the package.
Oversize package shipping rates apply to all over sized or extra large packages. This has already been taken into consideration based on the dimensions of the package. Large dimension packages even though they may not be heavy, take up extra space during shipping and thus are given a heavier weight to compensate for this.

At Direct Dog Care, your privacy is very important to us. Any information we gather is what you provide us when you make purchases and requests. Guarantee
We guarantee any products purchased from Direct Dog Care for up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped from us. We cannot accept returns on products that are damaged or used. The products must be in the same condition as when we shipped it. If the product is defective, please contact us at support@directdogcare.com to get a return authorization number, we will refund the price of the product and standard shipping costs.
